Yarn It ~
I had a book event at Yarn It in Ft. Pierce this past week and really enjoyed meeting the owner, Celeste, and her assistant, Kathleen, along with some of the customers.
As you'll see here, these ladies are quite proficient with spinning in addition to knitting. Katheleen demonstrated for me......................

When I watched with a look of longing on my face, Kathleen suggested I sit at her wheel and get a "feel" for it, so here I am pretending to spin, with Celeste...............

Believe me............IF I could squeeze just a few more hours into my day, I would definitely sign up for a beginners spinning class and learn to do this! Unfortunately, I can barely handle all the tasks I have at the moment, so I guess they'll be no spinning for me.............(for right now, anyway!)
And here I am with some of the group.............

Thank you to Celeste for having me and a huge thank you for inviting me to sign at your table for the Fiber Fair in September in Orlando...............more details will follow soon on this.
Join me here next time when I think I'll have you drooling...........I was very fortunate to be given a personal tour by the owner, Chuck, of the factory at Angell & Phelps Chocolate Shop in Daytona! Some of you might recall that this shop will be featured in book 4 of my Cedar Key Series.
See you then.....................
