News on Novella ~

In case you haven't seen it yet............here's the cover for my Christmas anthology.

But I wanted to tell you about a contest I'm running on my fan page at Facebook............I'll be giving away an autographed copy of HOLIDAY MAGIC to be released October 26.  So for a chance to be one of the first to read it, go to Terri DuLong - Cedar Key Series on Facebook.  Leave me a comment telling me your favorite Christmas song..........yup, that's all there is to it.  The contest is running now and will end on Saturday night, July 24.  The winner will be announced both on Facebook and here at Island Writer on Sunday, July 25.  

The other news I wanted to share with you...........My first review has come out on A Cedar Key Christmas.  It's now posted over at BOOKPLEASURES.  So click the link that I've provided for you here and go over and read it.  Yes, needless to say, I'm quite pleased with it!

I've been busy all week playing catch up, but my "to do" list is slowly diminishing.  I've even been involved getting together info for a possible trip to the Pacific Northwest next May.  This is all due to my wonderful fans in Quincy, Washington!  These events need to be planned way ahead of time and as this one becomes more solid, I'll be sharing all the information with you here.  

I'm taking the day off tomorrow and heading to the Yarn Works in Gainesville for a knitting class.  So join me here next time and I'll tell you all about it.

Love the cover and the reviews! Sounds like her books are interesting also, I'll have to check them out.
Ohhhh, now I can't wait 'double time' for October, for "Holiday Magic" AND "Casting About". October is going to be an exciting reading month!

WONDERFUL Review, Terri....CONGRATULATIONS, My Dear....How exciting that in the time I have known you, you have had three books published....! I pre-ordered both, Terri, so I look forward to reading them as soon as AMAZON sends them to me....!

Hi Terri, the excitement is rising here in Quincy! Bookstores, yarn shops and all manner of fun places are quivering with expectation as we continue to explore the possibilities for you here. Candace is keeping you informed I know, but I had to add my voice in this public spot so your readers could hear how a small scrap of yarn has rolled itself into this huge ball that seems to be gaining momentum daily. We hope this makes a positive impact on your readership that in turn adds to your success. We are looking forward to the coming release of both new books and I am just getting ready to read your 2 earlier books. Awesome review, Terri. I too love the characters of Cedar Key. Are you sure you just made them up? Anyhow, I'm looking forward to two more great reads come fall.
