Gee, it's been awhile since I've been here.  Yup, I've been busy.........my daughter, Susan, came to visit.  Then I left for my writer's conference in Augusta, Georgia and now I'm playing "catch-up."

Susan's visit had a few days of good weather, but unfortunately it was still chilly and some days it was rainy.  But we took advantage of the good days and one of them we headed to Kona Joe's for lunch, followed by some shopping downtown.

And even the downtown kitties wanted to be out and about to snooze and soak up the gorgeous weather.......

We had a very nice visit, Susan got to relax and unwind and then she headed down to Tarpon Springs to spend a couple days with her youngest brother, Brian.

But before she left, her and I headed to Cross Creek that Saturday and I finally got to visit the home of Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings.  It was another gorgeous day to walk the beautiful grounds and take a tour of her home.
