That's another fine mess he's gotten us into, eh Terri. Now, you're starting to hear from the administration "well, it's getting better" and "things are improving in some cases." I'm old enough to remember how many times there was "light at the end of the tunnel" with the Viet Nam War. Why can't we learn?
