                                             13 THINGS I CAN'T RESIST

1.  First and foremost, I can't resist that first cup of morning coffee.

2.  And I simply can't resist passing a Starbucks and not going inside.

3.  I can't resist a book that's been recommended to me.

4.  Or rich, dark, French chocolate.

5.  I can't resist at least browsing in a shoe or handbag department. (Never know when one might have my name on it)

6.  Or at least a few times a week keeping up with my soap, One Life to Live.

7.  I find it nearly impossible to walk into a knit shop and not walk out with some new yarn.

8.  When I'm thinking about a friend, I can't resist either picking up the phone or sending an email off to them.

9.  Or not having Brothers and Sisters on my TV on Sunday nights at 10:00.  (Love, love, love that show!)

10.  I can't resist filling with tears whenever I hear Amazing Grace sung at a funeral.

11.  Or stopping to pay attention to an adorable dog or cat.

12.  I also can't resist commenting on well-behaved children out in public.

13.  And last but not least......there's no way I can resist my daily updates here on my blog.

And with that.....I'll see you tomorrow.

I'm with you on that first cup of coffee however I actually feel that way about the whole first pot.

Do you know I live less than a half-mile from a Starbucks and I have never even been in one. They are always crowded - perhaps I am missing out on something. You think??

I miss coffee at the Yellow Door in Cedar Key. Man I loved that place! The local library may have gained a great library manager, but it lost one heck of great coffee shop person when Molly closed her doors.
